Thursdays 10.00 - 11.00 ; mixed ability, beginners welcome. £7 drop in or £24 for 4 sessions.
Thursdays 11.15 - 12.45 ; some experience required. £8 drop in or £28 for 4 sessions.
Drop in students welcome but if possible please contact me before your first class so that I am expecting you.
You will need ;-
Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and appropriate to the weather - layers are a good idea.
Practice is in bare feet so you may wish to bring socks.
A non-slip yoga mat.
A yoga block - not vital, but useful if you can bring one. (A4 size, not a 'brick').
Something to support your head when lying down; a small cushion,folded towel or blanket all work well.
